5 Scary Halloween Decorations Your Party Needs
If there’s one thing that really makes a Halloween party it’s some super scary Halloween decorations. And with just a few days to go until the spookiest day of the year, there isn’t much time to turn your party from snooze to scream!
If you love a party as much as me then you’ll know Halloween gives you the perfect excuse to dress up as your favourite scary character, eat some spooky snacks and party like it’s the end of the world.
But what accessories are guaranteed to make your spooky gathering go with a bang? Here are my favourite party decoration ideas that you can get right now on eBay.
5 Super-Spooky eBay Decoration Ideas
It was a difficult job getting this list down to just five! With such a choice available, there is no excuse not to throw the most epic Halloween party of all time. Here’s my top five scary Halloween decorations:
1. A Dead Body
No! Not a real one (seriously?). But if you want to really freak your guests out, why not hide a life size corpse or skeleton somewhere in the house. I found a range of live size skeletons on eBay that can be hung or positioned anywhere in your house for maximum effect.
Or you could just take the skeleton with you when you go out.
Y’know, in case you need a dance partner…
2. A Zombie in Your Garden
This has got to be one of my favourites. Nothing says ‘I take this Halloween stuff seriously’ like a zombie apparently emerging from your front lawn ‘welcoming’ your guests.
Plus, it will give those pesky Trick or Treaters something to think about before venturing down your garden path.
Just remember: it’s not a real one.
Or is it…
3. Blood Stained EVERYTHING
Ever wanted your home to look like a crime scene? Now you can with bloodstained table cloths, furniture coverings, balloons and my personal favourite – a garland of bloody murder weapons.
Thankfully, they are made from plastic so even if the police raid your party for being too raucous, they won’t get the wrong idea with the whole ‘blood soaked meat cleaver’ thing.
4. Hanging Paper Pumpkin Lanterns
So you want to have a kid-friendly Halloween party – and that means no deep trauma from blood or the undead. So go with something classical like paper pumpkin lanterns.
There are also a range of hanging decorations for sale on eBay right now including strings of spiders, webs and bats – all waiting to chill and thrill in the right measure.
5. A Killer Clown
So for 2016, killer clowns are pretty hot. The police are even discouraging people from dressing up as the evil entertainers and scaring ordinary punters.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t have a killer clown at your party. There is a whole range of killer clown wall and door coverings as well as cardboard cut outs. Ideal for a spooky circus themed party.
